Here is a happy happy....sometimes drunk lookin' monkey.....
because her latest favorite thing to do is watch PraiseBaby Movies.....

a very proud and helpful big brother at that ;)
and then there's this new little monkey at our house lately......starting to REALLY act like a girl monkey with drama and drama and more girl drama.....*sigh* but we love her still ;)
and call me a bad mamamonkey, but i'm super excited babymonkey has found her fist and thumb lately......i really don't want her to keep the passy much longer...
and then there's happy helpful big sister monkey trying to cut off babymonkey's air supply
you see in our house, we smoke the happy pipe.......we just get drunk on the the happies of life itself and everything God has blessed us with. Like summer arriving....and an extra long weekend ahead of us......and Daddy being done with school.

why just today, my monkeyson asked my brother's friend at the supper table: 
Summer arrived this weekend.....and we enjoyed it to the fullest. We played "train" in the kitchen with all the chairs. We made some new yummy iced tea......
We had our first picnic of the summer.....and Lil Miss went topless.....
And the monkies pretended like they were dogs trying to get Mommy in the kitchen
And we got our tank tops out....and the humidity curled her hair some more ;)
And the Mister wouldn't smile for anything....until I told him he could throw carrot sticks
and his sweaty, hot, sun-kissed lil cheeks grinned from ear to ear ;)
And we also got our cute lil skorts out....
My little brother Jacob turned 21, so we went out to celebrate....
With my older brother Dan....
We took naps....and cuddled on the couch....
And Aubrie got to wear more of her cute summer outfits
And we took more naps.....in front of the fan.....it was sooooooooooo hot!!
And MamaMonkey got delighted in the sight of baby bare feet, chubby lil legs, and flowery rump stuck high in the air. Ah yes......all these are the happies of life.
The monkies and I went to visit my younger brother, Jacob, at work the other day and ate lunch with him. He also did some fun things with them ;)
Walking to see the big cows
and then driving down on the gator to see the hundreds and hundreds of baby calves!!!
Trying to get them to let the calf suck on their fingers.....
Because the human fingers are a calf pacifier afterall!!! They weren't thrilled about that.
It always brings back so many great memories of growing up on the dairy farm....at times I wish our kids could have that experience too.
They loved peeking in those that were sleeping
The guys had to get back to work so we watched them process the calves before heading home
They were NOT ready to go back home!!!
