Ellie still couldn't put weight on her leg this morning and the injury happened sunday night.....so Dr. Austman sent us down to the good orthepedics dept at Gibson. I'm so thankful we did.....turns out she has a fracture by her growth plate so they casted her up in bright pink :) they will keep an eye on it for the next year they said and do multiple xrays to make sure the fracture doesn't go into the growth plate and affect that. :( however....she has been a trooper thru all of this and she got a cute lil walker to go with it. they took her picture and asked if they could use her for the orthopedics bill board because she was so sweet :) thank God for awesome doctors and nurses for our littles :) The nurse practioner...Lori Fitton.. was amazing. We fell in love with her and her staff instantly. Dr. Price came in at the end and he was awesome too. http://www.gibsonhospital.org/clinics/8-gah-orthopaedics/.....
