Pictures-Weekend Recap

Perfect weekends are those spent helping Daddy and Uncle Dan do yardwork....

And The perfect weekends are the ones filled with smiles & giggles & snuggles & wiggles....

LIKE BIG WIGGLES!!!!

and head massages from Daddy....

and sleepy eyes.......

and SWIPER! NO SWIPIN!!!!

and monkey shines ;)

and silly noises......

and praising God at the top of yer lungs, not caring if the neighbors can hear ;) yeah....the perfect weekends.......are these.....

and pretend pouty faces....

and hanging out on the prayer pillow.......saying prayers for all the people we love in our lives.

and doing mischievious things......like this monkey pictured above.....YES....this little monkey during naptime today did the unthinkable. She emptied out a WHOLE BOTTLE of Baby Magic Lotion onto the carpet of her bedroom floor. AND SMEARED IT IN REALLY WELL......thanks to our creative friends that were here when it happened, we all got down and took spoons....yes spoons! and the ice cream scooper and scraped up all the lotion we could. And then wiped and wiped and wiped with a towel. Let's just say the slime does not disappear....

the positive side to this hibity bibity happening: I finally get to tear out the nasty carpet in her bedroom that we have been holding out on spending the money on. Now we have an excuse to replace it! AND!!!!! Her room stinks GOOD!

Perfect weekends are when we line up all our favorite lil creatures and snuggle them into bed

and then we fall asleep ;)

and making new friends and playing swords....

and hanging out with dear friends who are like family....eating, talking, laughing, eating......

and then after a long day full of family and friends......we can't help but lay down in peace....

and dream about the cherry cobbler that is still left to eat more tomorrow ;)

and the snickerdoodles that will go splendidly with Monday morning coffee.....

Yes....these are the perfect weekends.
