1st Week Down

Jason started his Masters program this past week up at Vandercook College in Chicago. He came home the first night but then stayed with some of my parent's friends the rest of the week to save on gas. With classes being 8-5, that meant getting up early and getting home late, so we agreed him staying up there was the best idea.

IT WAS A LONG WEEK! The kids all came down with these awful coughs and were extra squirrely. Aubrie started teething we think as she (who has been sleeping all night since she was 4 wks old) started having some awful nights. By Thursday I took her to the Dr and she had a red ear. Poor baby. She has been really congested and been sleeping in the swing every night.

A huge thank you to Jason's brother, Matt who stayed for a couple days and helped a TON entertaining the monkies!!! A huge thank you to my friends Joanna and Savannah and ONCE AGAIN.....my mom. She is the best of the best....I'm so thankful for her. Her love, her time, and her friendship have been such a blessing and have kept me sane so many times ;)

Ellie has been our healthy girl from day 1, so it was very sad to see her having to use meds ;(
But she has been a trooper too.

We kept ourselves busy so we wouldn't miss Daddy too much.....

Baby Monkey grew a ton and started grabbing toys while Daddy was gone...

And kept us all smiling ;)
