******UPDATE*********** We had Jason's high school spring concert tonite and not wanting to do the public pee thing yet I put Gabe in a diaper. We were sitting there and he said, "Mommy I have to pee."
I just looked at him like he was speaking a foreign language. So my Mom says, "Here, let me."
She comes back and says: Well, he peed, standing up!!! ( I have been training him sitting down after trying to train standing up for months with no luck.) Is it all seriously just clicking in his mind?!?!?!?!

Training boys to sit especially at home makes bathroom duty so MUCH easier! They are only allowed to stand up when there is a urinal! Who wants those sweet little hands touching a toilet seat?
I am so glad that it is working out so well! That's the same with Noah. Once he decided to do it, he just did it. Hooray!
My mom has always told me (and so far, always been right :) "they'll do it when they're ready" thank goodness--Luke is finally ready! We've tried several times...but I'm not the most patient person with cleaning out dirty undies...but he is finally getting it. Congrats on getting Gabe done before he's 3-I've always heard it takes boys longer (kind of turned that into an excuse :) Maybe Ellie will be really easy!
