We had dropped the kids off at Dad n Mom's, then picked up the kids at the school, realized we forgot some prescription rash cream that Gabe could NOT go without for 2 days, so headed back to my parents.....Mr. Strough proceeded to back the van around to leave my parents and LITERALLY got us all stuck in the mud. HUGE RUTS remain......the guys had to get out and push us out.....I was so excited I had my camera handy....it was funny stuff.
Seriously.....Decateur is a stinky, smelling, ugly town....but the campus is beautiful!!!
The kids practiced all of Sunday afternoon....I got to watch/hear the professors with the girls....and learned a few things myself ;)
After practice, we all head out to Olive Garden for a yummy supper, then head back to the University for a concert put on by Millikin with their students performing. AMAZING, AMAZING talent people........got goosebumps many times. My all time favorite is the Jazz small group: OneVoice.....they are just the best.
The ladies.....God blessed us with super beautiful weather and we enjoyed every moment we could out in the courtyard.
The gentlemen....we had such a good group of kids again, I always enjoy getting to know Jason's students better on these little galavants.
The whole group....every single one had much talent to offer.
And this is to prove how spring was teasing us this day....laying out with toes in the air!!!
The director that stands aside to watch all the hibity-bibity that when on....obviously because we all had severe spring fever!!!!
We seriously had soooooooooooo much fun with them...they were great!
The buildings there were beautiful too.....
I had some great random shots
Miss Abby is a photographer with a SUPER camera that she let me use!!!! I was thrilled!!!!
Abby practicing her skills....she likes to only photograph objects rather than people....but what she does with people is amazing too.
