The Road Home

By tonite we finally had some smiles and energy....
He taught his nurse how to play some mean Isaac ball ;) It was sooooo good to see!

Paw-Paw and Mee-Mee and Little Miss came to see us tonite....it was just the medicine
that Gabe needed to perk him up.
Gabe and I walked all over the hospital tonite with the wagon..and made lotsa new friends.
One little 3 yr old boy in the cafeteria came running up to him and kissed him right on the
mouth before I could stop him.
These two monkeys were soooooooooo happy to see each other....it was so sweet.

Slobbery smooches for her big brother.
We got good, great news today. The biopsies came back and did not show Celiac Disease.
PRAISE THE LORD! Just severe allergy irritation in his poor little inards.
He did perk up tonite so the plan is to go home tomorrow and go see an allergy specialist next.
Thank you again for all your prayers.....I'd say the long road home isn't quite over yet...but
there's light at the end of the tunnel.

It's so great to see pictures of smiling Gabe again! How cute to see little sis so happy to see him - I'm sure they miss each other! Praise God for the good report on the biopsies. We'll pray that you get to go home tomorrow. Yay!

Oh my goodness, it is good to see Gabe doing so much better! I came home with that image of listless Gabe weighing on my heart. I put him on Vineyard's prayer chain Sunday night....the more prayer warriors, the better! Those beautiful pictures are such a testimony of God's goodness -- Ellie sure loves her big brother (and vice versa!)

Cute pictures of Gabe and Ellie. I'm glad you are heading at least home (hopefully!) today and pray that more answers are forthcoming.

I'm so happy to hear you are on your way home possibly and that he does not have Celiac Disease. What allergy specialist are you going to see? Kaden loved the one that comes to Gibson--he makes really FUN balloons each time you visit him. When he went to see the urologist he was so disappointed then that he didn't give him such a fun balloon! We will keep you in our prayers and hope that answers are on the horizon. Sometimes as a mother and when things are not going right we just want the answer NOW! So I'm praying for you to have patience and a peace about the whole thing and God's timing is perfect--you'll get your answers when He's ready to show them to you. :) Hope you are doing better and not getting sick now also! Love ya--Marie

Added you to my prayer list too. I just checked Facebook recently (which I don't do everyday) and started putting the pieces together of what has been going on in your life.

You are amazing...prayers continually....
