Wonderful Weekend

I played around with my camera again this weekend and got some shots of Ellie.
Unfortunatley none of her smiling as she HATES sitting in grass and the little black picnic
bugs were biting BAD....but still some fun shots taken.

Gabe taught Ellie how to yell this weekend.....let me tell ya...it's so cute watching her try ;)

The Mister being angry with Mommy....

Random shot....love the eyelashes ;)

Mommy's sandals and sunglasses...what a fairy nice fellow ;)

Ellie being her happy self....

Ellie wrestling like a boy....man am I gonna love having a daughter like this ;)
There will be no prissy girls in this house!!!

One of the BEST parts of the weekend: A dear friend showed up to bless us with a little red
wagon that I had been asking God for. Um yeah...another testimony that God really does
care about all the details of our lives....the friend had no idea that I had been praying!
Friend: You know who you are....I love love love you and thank God for the gift of you!
BEST thing #2 about the weekend: Some of my family went to my brother Daniel's church last night and attended their India fundraiser night. They had singing and worship and a bake sale. Jason and I were blessed to be a part of it and I have to say it was pretty amazing to worship with my hubby again....just the two of us....our voices, piano, and guitar. During the song, I literally felt God stoop down from Heaven and put His arms around us and pull us closer together yet...in spirit and soul. Someday...we hope to be leading worship again wherever God leads us. And that is an exciting thought!
BEST thing #3: A dear friend (former classmate) of mine and her kids started attending church with us and had been asking her hubby to come along. Finally yesterday, he showed up....I about cried with thankfulness!!!
Thank You, Father, for this weekend of amazing gifts, time with family and our kids, and just Your sweet Spirit residing in and around us. Thank You for our church...that we can freely go and worship and learn about You more Father. Thank You for the amazing Sunday School teachers...especially for Gabe's... that they are taking the time to not only serve You but our precious children. Thank You Father for those that are going to serve in India. We pray that Your presence would surround them and protect them as they travel. Father, Thank You for another week to live for You. May everything we say and do be glorifying to You.
In Jesus' Name...Amen.
