You know yer a mom when.....
1-you absentmindly start pouring the kids milk into your glass of orange juice
2- you get out the door and realize you didn't forget your purse, you forgot the diapers
3- when you go to put a carton of eggs away in the cupboard instead of the fridge
4- you go to the bathroom with the door open so you can keep "an ear out" listening
5- at the end of the day you realize all you have drank is one cup of coffee and 1 glass of water
because you were so busy doing things "kids related"
6- there are lotsa smudges on the bathroom mirror from little hands but you are too tired to clean them away and think: "what for? they will just be there again a couple minutes later."
*sigh* the list can go on and on but:
7- i can't remember what else i was gonna write....happens frequently...i forget things.....
am i the only crazy feeling mom out here that does these things?!?!?!?!?!
sGirl, you had me laughing... I've done everything you have on your list AND... once I went to butter the toast BEFORE I even put it in the toaster...Sheldon let me get to the point of about to put it in and finally stopped me and was laughing his butt off asking me what I was doing????? Forgetting things? Come now my dear, my mom always said that if at the end of the day you still have all of your children, you didn't forget anything important =) And I've been doing this for 10 years... you'd think I'd be a pro...lol
